Our dedicated Sales Team is headed up by one of our Directors, John Parlane, who has many years of experience under his belt in this area, but is easily distracted by an attractive golf course.
Our Director Lindsay Roswell has had many years of experience in the pre-press/print environment and oversees the efficient running of the factory.
Lindsay has been involved with Indigo since 2004, a Director of Digital Pre-Press from 1993, then Verve Digital until 2015, and consequently Printers Inc.
Keeping an eye on the factory and offering extremely helpful advice is what he does along with a bit of Indigo Printing.
John has been involved in the printing industry since the purchase of DPS Print in 2000. At that time DPS had one full time staff member and over the next 10 years the business grew substantially in staff, plant and revenue.
The key driver for John is to establish business relationships that work and are enjoyable for both parties.
The merger with Verve Digital to form Printers Inc has been a positive influence in enhancing the relationships with our customers.
When John is not at work, he is spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
Klaas Smeele hails from Bradford in England – but Duuutch is his second language.
He is also from a printing background, dabbled in estimating and brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has a wife and young family who keep him busy but occasionally he manages to skive off and ride his mountain bike in the summer and he’s a pretty snazzy snowboarder in the winter – or so he says!
Dale Rhodes came to us initally as an offset printer, and offers 14 years experience in the field and now 4 years in sales. Dale has a wife and young family, and enjoys cooking and eating good food, drinking lots of coffee and playing poker with his mates. Sometimes he plays indoor soccer, but usually gets injured in the first game and struggles for the rest of the season.
Louise is usually found in reception, answering the phone , coming up with brilliant ideas (so she tells us), helping out with quotes, ordering paper and talking jobs through with customers .
Brenda is out and about a lot spreading goodwill and free chocolate and you will often see her pulling a huge trolley laden with print into all sorts of inaccessable places with NO loading zones.
Our conscientious production team is lead by Rod Twist who is an experienced printer and jack of all print trades. The Lyttelton community must feel very lucky to have him standing by with his helmet and hose ready to fight fires in the Volunteer Service whenever the need arises.
